Our client is a fast-growing international renewable energy group operating an AI-powered solar infrastructure platform. Through its integrated platform and service ecosystem, the company enables solar installers and storage professionals to manage design, procurement, financing, and operations in a highly efficient, data-driven way - allowing partners to deliver smarter, faster, and more profitable energy projects.

As part of its continued international expansion, the company is strengthening its leadership presence in Europe and is seeking a Country Manager UK (m/f/d) to own customer outcomes, adoption, and long-term value creation across the region. You will work in close collaboration with the global executive team and contribute directly to strategic decisions at an international level. This is a senior leadership role for a highly motivated professional who combines commercial leadership, strong sales drive, and digital affinity with deep industry insight. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys building businesses from the ground up and wants to play a key role in scaling an innovative, AI-driven platform.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the UK and Europe, fully aligned with regional growth, revenue, and expansion objectives
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, remote Customer Success organisation operating across multiple European markets, establishing clear engagement models, success frameworks, and escalation pathways
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key installer partners, EPCs, and strategic accounts, fostering long-term and trust-based relationships
• Drive structured onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle engagement across installer networks to maximize customer value and retention while ensuring a consistent customer experience across countries
• Own and actively manage core Customer Success KPIs including adoption, retention, churn, NPS, and expansion influence
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-added service opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams
• Translate customer feedback and field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Growth teams, directly influencing roadmap priorities
• Align Customer Success operations with regional go-to-market strategies and support renewals, expansions, and new market launches
• Oversee Customer Success activities across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and reliable forecasting
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the UK and Europe, representing the company at installer events, partner meetings, and industry forums

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations roles within growth-oriented and international environments
• A strong background in the solar / PV industry, ideally within installer, EPC, distribution, or solar SaaS ecosystems
• Proven experience managing and scaling installer or partner networks across multiple markets
• Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-country teams within Europe
• A strategic, KPI-driven leadership style combined with strong operational execution capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective engagement at senior partner level
• High comfort with frequent travel across multiple European markets

To further strengthen and expand its operations in Saudi Arabia, it is now seeking an experienced Country Manager (m/f/d) to lead the local organization, drive sustainable growth, and cultivate long-term strategic partnerships.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a best-in-class sales and market entry strategy to drive the company’s growth and positioning in Saudi Arabia
• Serve as a trusted commercial partner to regional and global leadership, contributing strategic insight and influencing key business decisions
• Proactively identify and capitalize on major business opportunities, converting them into sustainable and profitable revenue streams
• Build, manage, and expand long-term strategic relationships with government bodies, key clients, and industry partners
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and oversee sophisticated contract frameworks to maximize value and manage risk
• Drive the growth and operational advancement of the Saudi entity, optimizing systems, workflows, and overall efficiency
• Create and embed a high-performance sales culture, setting clear objectives and driving consistent achievement of ambitious targets
• Act as the company’s senior representative in executive-level discussions, reinforcing its reputation as a preferred partner for large-scale infrastructure and hospitality projects
• Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive movements to anticipate risks and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure alignment between sales strategy, operational execution, and long-term business objectives in the Saudi market

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• An academic background in business, engineering, or a related discipline, supported by extensive executive leadership exposure
• A strong track record of driving revenue and managing complex commercial portfolios within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Hands-on experience operating in Saudi Arabia, with a clear understanding of local regulations, decision-making structures, and cultural dynamics
• The ability to set a clear growth vision and translate it into executable market-entry and expansion plans
• Advanced deal-structuring and negotiation capabilities, with demonstrated success in closing strategically significant agreements
• High-level commercial and financial insight, enabling disciplined growth, margin improvement, and long-term value creation
• A proven leadership style that attracts, develops, and energizes top-performing sales talent
• Fluency in both Arabic and English for senior-level stakeholder engagement
