As Managing Director ANZ (m/f/d), you will assume full commercial responsibility for the region and play a pivotal role in shaping its future development. Working closely with regional and global stakeholders, you will lead and further develop an established sales organization. This role requires a true hands-on leader with an entrepreneurial mindset, a playing manager who combines strategic vision with a strong willingness to lead from the front. Beyond managing the business, you will actively drive new market development, build and strengthen customer relationships, and personally communicate the company's value proposition to key clients. By leading through example, you will inspire and develop your sales team while identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the sales strategy for Australia and New Zealand in alignment with global business objectives and growth ambitions
• Lead, coach, and further develop a high-performing sales organization while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence
• Encourage, empower, and develop the team while supporting talent development and succession planning to ensure long-term organizational success
• Drive sustainable revenue growth and increase market share through strategic business development and a strong direct sales approach
• Maintain an active customer-facing presence and support key commercial activities through a hands-on leadership style and deep understanding of local market dynamics
• Promote a consultative and value-driven solution-selling approach, ensuring customers benefit from tailored and technically sound solutions
• Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities across key industries, including Food & Beverage, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Energy, and other process industries
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, consultants, EPCs, and strategic stakeholders across the region
• Contribute to regional and global strategic initiatives, supporting organizational development and long-term business expansion
• Lead complex commercial negotiations and effectively manage challenging situations to maintain strong and sustainable customer partnerships
• Ensure sales excellence through structured pipeline management, forecasting, budgeting, and performance monitoring
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify opportunities and maintain a strong market position
• Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences throughout Australia and New Zealand
• Act as the key liaison to the headquarters and executive management, ensuring close collaboration with the global leadership team and the production hub to align regional growth initiatives with the company's long-term strategic objectives

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven track record in industrial B2B sales within process technologies, process equipment, flow control, thermal solutions, or related industries
• Extensive leadership experience with the ability to inspire, encourage, and develop high-performing sales organizations in a dynamic environment
• Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach
• Demonstrated success in driving business growth and increasing market penetration
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics and a passion for being actively involved in commercial activities and customer engagement
• Experience with solution selling and consultative sales approaches in complex technical environments
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities

As part of its continued international expansion, the company is strengthening its leadership presence in Europe and is seeking a Country Manager UK (m/f/d) to own customer outcomes, adoption, and long-term value creation across the region. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Define and execute a comprehensive Customer Success strategy for the UK and Europe, fully aligned with regional growth, revenue, and expansion objectives
• Build, lead, and scale a high-performing, remote Customer Success organisation operating across multiple European markets, establishing clear engagement models, success frameworks, and escalation pathways
• Serve as a senior point of contact for key installer partners, EPCs, and strategic accounts, fostering long-term and trust-based relationships
• Drive structured onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle engagement across installer networks to maximize customer value and retention while ensuring a consistent customer experience across countries
• Own and actively manage core Customer Success KPIs including adoption, retention, churn, NPS, and expansion influence
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-added service opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams
• Translate customer feedback and field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Growth teams, directly influencing roadmap priorities
• Align Customer Success operations with regional go-to-market strategies and support renewals, expansions, and new market launches
• Oversee Customer Success activities across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and reliable forecasting
• Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the UK and Europe, representing the company at installer events, partner meetings, and industry forums

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline
• More than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations roles within growth-oriented and international environments
• A strong background in the solar / PV industry, ideally within installer, EPC, distribution, or solar SaaS ecosystems
• Proven experience managing and scaling installer or partner networks across multiple markets
• Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-country teams within Europe
• A strategic, KPI-driven leadership style combined with strong operational execution capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective engagement at senior partner level
• High comfort with frequent travel across multiple European markets

As Vice President of Operations (m/f/d), North America, you will serve as the senior operational leader of the company’s U.S. business, reporting directly to the North American CEO. You will drive operational excellence across supply chain management, project management, assembly and production, quality, and safety, while ensuring the seamless execution of complex customer projects.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in automation, machine assembly, and OEM environments. You will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, reducing bottlenecks, strengthening supplier networks, and translating strategic priorities into measurable operational results. YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Leading day-to-day operations across supply chain, assembly/production, project management, quality, and safety
• Ensuring complex customer projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Driving procurement strategy, supplier development, and vendor qualification to improve supply chain performance and reduce lead times
• Translating strategic priorities into measurable operational plans and scalable processes
• Partnering closely with sales and business development to align operational capabilities with customer requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Extensive leadership experience in aerospace, automation, capital equipment, or advanced manufacturing
• Proven success in leading operations within complex, project-driven, highly customized industrial environments
• Strong expertise in supply chain management, procurement, supplier development, and operational performance management
• Demonstrated experience with KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional leadership
• Hands-on leadership style with strong execution skills and the ability to work effectively from shop floor to executive level
• Experience collaborating with or working within European engineering or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong people leadership skills, and a passion for advanced industrial systems
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 to 25 percent domestically and internationally
• Excellent written and spoken English
