To strengthen its regional sales organization, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager with proven expertise in conveyor systems and related industrial solutions.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in identifying opportunities, proposing value-driven solutions, and supporting our clients throughout the MENA region. This position requires someone who can bridge the gap between engineering and business, with a proactive mindset and strong network across the industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and grow business within the conveyor systems and maintenance services space
• Utilize your existing network in sectors like mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates
• Conduct technical site visits, assess reliability performance, and identify pain points
• Analyze both technical performance data and commercial metrics to drive solution-based selling
• Prepare tailored proposals, lead commercial discussions, and close deals
• Collaborate closely with our internal technical, service, and engineering teams
• Maintain long-term customer relationships and drive satisfaction
• Reporting to the General Manager Sales (Mena Region)

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systems
• In-depth knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring
• Customer relationships in the mining, cement, ports, or heavy industrial sectors in the MENA region is highly desirable
• Proven ability to understand and present both technical solutions and commercial value
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic and French are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed

As part of its strategic growth in the Middle East, we are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) Middle East to take full responsibility for the successful execution of complex customer projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery while maintaining strong alignment with clients, regional teams and the global headquarters.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, delivery milestones, budget targets and invoicing schedules

• 5–7 years of experience in project management within an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in packaging solutions for the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven track record in leading complex, international projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent project management capabilities
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to represent the company confidently towards key customers
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of project and financial reporting tools; ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)
• Hands-on, structured, and solution-oriented approach with intercultural competence
• Fluent in English; German or Arabic language skills are an advantage

Our client is seeking a Lead Mechanical Design & System Construction Engineer (m/f/d) to drive the development of tailored mechanical systems for international projects. In this position, you will take technical ownership of complex mechanical design packages and support the entire lifecycle of customized industrial solutions, from concept to commissioning.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Translate customer requirements and technical specifications into innovative and feasible mechanical design solutions within defined cost and time constraints
• Prepare technical proposals, layouts and system simulations using advanced 3D CAD tools (ideally Siemens NX)
• Design complex mechanical assemblies, piping structures and auxiliary components in both 2D and 3D ensuring manufacturability and compliance
• Create detailed technical documentation including construction drawings, assembly instructions and process diagrams for internal and external stakeholders
• Conduct strength and structural assessments using FEM/FEA tools ensuring mechanical integrity under operating conditions
• Contribute to cross-functional technical alignment between design, project management, procurement, production and quality departments

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a comparable technical field
• Several years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and system engineering in industrial or energy-related sectors
• Proven ability to lead design packages from concept to delivery including technical clarification, risk assessment and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (ideally Siemens NX) and 2D CAD (preferably CoCreate ME10 or similar tools)
• Familiarity with structural and stress analysis tools (e.g. FEM/FEA)
• Solid knowledge of mechanical engineering standards (e.g. ASME Section VIII, ISO norms, EN 13445, PED)
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams (hydraulics, electrical engineering or control systems)
• Strong communication skills in German and English including the ability to present technical content clearly to stakeholders and clients
