The Sourcing & Sales Manager (m/f/d) will play a key role in driving business growth by developing new sourcing channels and building long-term commercial relationships. The position combines strategic sourcing, technical sales, and relationship management across international markets, particularly within Scandinavia, Germany, and the Benelux region. The role is based primarily in Hamburg, with occasional travel to production sites and international partners.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Identify and develop new international sourcing opportunities for raw materials
• Build and maintain a strong network of suppliers across target markets
• Execute proactive sourcing strategies, including cold outreach and lead generation
• Establish and nurture long-term, relationship-driven partnerships
• Conduct supplier negotiations to secure competitive and sustainable agreements
• Collaborate closely with subcontractors and external partners
• Manage sourcing of waste and residue streams for biofuel production
• Support sales activities related to technical products, including glycerine and related materials
• Coordinate cross-functionally with production, operations, and technical teams
• Analyze supplier markets and identify emerging opportunities
• Handle complex sourcing scenarios requiring technical understanding
• Contribute to both procurement and sales processes across multiple business units
• Travel internationally (~30 days/year) for supplier visits, conferences, and networking
• Monitor, document, and report sourcing and sales performance metrics
• Support overall revenue growth and raw material supply optimization

In this dynamic and performance-driven environment, the Business Controller plays a critical role in managing financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling activities. Reporting directly to the Director – Finance & Corporate Services, the position acts as a key business partner to senior management, supporting strategic decision-making and driving financial transparency across the organisation. This role is ideal for a hands-on finance professional with strong analytical capabilities and solid experience in manufacturing environments.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provide proactive financial recommendations and strategic support to Management on budgeting, policies, and performance targets
• Support the preparation of annual business plans, long-term financial plans, and rolling forecasts
• Lead budgeting processes, establish planning assumptions, and communicate top-down targets
• Prepare and analyse monthly and quarterly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cost & Revenue) with variance analysis and commentary
• Conduct detailed forecasting and ongoing variance analysis against budget and prior forecasts
• Oversee cost accounting, allocations, period-end closing activities, and master data integrity
• Perform cross-functional controlling for production, R&D, procurement, sales, logistics, marketing, HR, and IT
• Monitor cost structures and recommend improvements to enhance financial efficiency across the organisation
• Support project and investment controlling, including feasibility analysis and performance tracking
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure compliance with governance and ISO/QHSE standards
• Review financial data accuracy and continuously improve reporting systems and controlling processes
• Deliver regular management reports and initiate corrective actions based on performance reviews
• Contribute to ad hoc finance projects such as productivity improvement, pricing analysis, inventory review, and cost optimisation initiatives

In this dynamic growth environment, the Technical Sales Consultant – Oman will promote and specify products with Projects, Specifiers, Governments, Ministries, Private Sectors, Consultants, and Architects at the site and ensure that the product range is specified either as a system for approval or be in the vendor list, for upcoming projects. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support Project Sales in implementing short- and long-term specification plans aligned with company objectives
• Assist in managing and facilitating project approval processes
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, real estate companies, ministries, and key stakeholders
• Identify and track ongoing and upcoming projects
• Coordinate with customers to prepare technical documents and submittals
• Promote and demonstrate products to increase customer awareness and technical understanding
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
• Support Sales team in securing technical approvals through coordination with site stakeholders
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships
• Liaise with commercial and technical contractors to gain product approvals
• Analyze industry information and coordinate with marketing through conferences and seminars
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports with recommendations
• Implement corrective actions based on management feedback
• Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution of the specification process
• Handle specification support for assigned sectors with no financial responsibility
