Our client, a Dubai-based consultancy with German Management, is seeking an experienced Head of Operations (m/f/d) contributing to the organization's growth. The future position holder (m/f/d) will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation in a dynamic work environment, overseeing all operational aspects of the company, including customer management, resource allocation, financial management, and process improvement. The Head of Operations (m/f/d) will be a key leader within the organization, responsible for spearheading various critical functions that drive the company's growth and success.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:  

• Providing leadership to the Operations team, encompassing management, support, and team development to ensure the seamless execution of daily operations
• Overseeing daily operations business while identifying opportunities for the implementation of new policies and procedures aimed at process enhancement
• Serving as an intermediary between the company and government authorities
• Maximizing the utilization of the current CRM system and proactively exploring emerging technologies to enhance the organization's efficiency and customer-centric approach
• Handling intricate cases and escalations, offering diverse perspectives to address challenges effectively
• Acting as the primary point of contact between the operations department, department heads from other divisions, and senior management
• Timely forecasting staffing requirements and collaborating with the HR department to address them
• Monitoring and managing operational expenses to optimize cost-effectiveness and identify potential cost-saving initiatives
• Actively advocating and participating in internal audits to elevate operational service standards

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
• At least 10 years of experience working in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or professional services firm
• Working experience in the Middle East is a must
• Financial acumen and budget management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills combined with exceptional project management and organizational abilities

Due to the company’s growth and organizational change, we are exclusively searching for a Regional Sales Manager MEA (m/f/d). The primary responsibility of this position is to provide technical and commercial assistance to enhance the quality and quantity of sales within the region by identifying customer needs and providing tailored solutions.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, market trends, and potential growth areas in the MEA region
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project management, technical department and controlling to ensure seamless customer experiences
• Uphold quality management standards to ensure excellence encompassing configurations, layout concepts, budget quotations, inquiries and materials

• Exceptional technical skills and in-depth knowledge of the machinery industry
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships based on value and influence stakeholders at all levels

It has worked extensively on studies to reduce the cost of construction on affordable housing for Ethiopia, using modern construction technologies in the country. As the company is significantly enlarging its cope of business and has secured an USD 8.5 billion contract to build new homes, the company is seeking to hire a highly skilled CSFO, Chief Strategy & Finance Officer (m/f/d), permanently based in Addis Ababa.

The CSFO (m/f/d) will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and financial analysis for the holding and its subsidiaries. The CSFO (m/f/d) will also be in charge of fundraising, risk mitigation, and guiding the CFO and all subsidiary finance directors, working closely with the CEO and other senior executives to ensure alignment with the holding's overall strategy. Your duties and responsibilities will include:  

• Develop and implement the holding's strategic plan in collaboration with the CEO and other senior executives, aligning it with the overall organizational goals
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to the holding and its subsidiaries, including the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
• Identify growth opportunities, evaluate potential risks, and formulate strategies to optimize the company's market position
• Collaborate with senior management to set long-term objectives and establish actionable plans to achieve them
• Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape to anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly
• Oversee the fundraising activities of the holding and its subsidiaries
