In this role, you will support the Technical Application department with the development and extension of their product portfolio in the Middle East. You will be part of a high-performing, fast-growing and ambitious team and business environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic and Technical Key Account Management in the Middle East
  • Develop and launch new customized chemical systems (coatings, adhesives, sealings, elastomers) in joint collaboration with customers in the construction industry
  • Provide technical support to customers with training, troubleshooting, or similar
  • Handle customer complaints
  • Develop Technical Data Sheets and define QM specification of new systems
  • Broaden product and application portfolio by continuously scouting for new business opportunities
  • Report to the Senior Technical Development Manager

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience in the construction chemical industry, preferably with coatings, adhesives, elastomers, and/or sealings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, additional European language skills would be an added value
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Customer- and business-oriented way of thinking
  • Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proactive, self-organized and independent personality with the ability to multi-task
