With a team of international experts, the company offers tailored consulting services for companies entering the Dubai market, seeking business excellence. To grow its Project Management team, the company seeks to hire a young and dynamic Project Manager (m/f/d) will be in charge of a successful execution and delivery of various internal strategic initiatives. The Project Manager (m/f/d) ensures that projects are meticulously planned, efficiently organized, and effectively implemented to achieve desired outcomes. The focus will be on enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of all projects to drive growth and success.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals
• Identify and allocate appropriate resources, including personnel, tools, and budget, required for the successful execution of each project
• Implement robust monitoring and control mechanisms to track project progress, identify potential risks, and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment, clearly communicating project goals, roles, and responsibilities to team members
• Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any challenges faced
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize potential roadblocks that could impact project success
• Ensure the highest standards of quality in project deliverables, adhering to best practices and established company standards
• Analyze project outcomes and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing lessons learned to enhance future project outcomes
• Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and other stakeholders, understanding their needs and collaborating to achieve mutual objectives
• Encourage innovative thinking and creative problem-solving within the project teams to develop unique solutions to challenges

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within a business consultancy
• PMP or other relevant certifications would be a plus
• UAE working experience is an added value
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (both written and verbal)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong team management capabilities, fostering a collaborative team culture
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and changing requirements
• Excellent intercultural skills combined with a passion for driving organizational success
