Our client, a Dubai-based consultancy with German Management, is seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to contribute to the organization's growth. The primary responsibility of the Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) is to create and execute digital marketing strategies that foster online growth and engagement for the organization. This position entails overseeing a team of digital marketers and working closely with various departments to ensure that the organization's digital marketing initiatives are in line with its broader business goals. The right candidate must possess a solid comprehension of digital marketing channels, technologies, and industry trends.


Your duties and responsibilities will include:  


  • Formulate and execute digital marketing plans aligned with the organization's objectives and target audience
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimization strategies
  • Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal resource utilization
  • Lead and oversee a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure exceptional performance
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer constructive feedback to team members
  • Ensure team members are equipped with the necessary tools, resources, and training to excel in their roles
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and ranking on search engines
  • Perform keyword research and optimize website content, meta tags, and headings for improved search engine readability
  • Ensure proper implementation of technical SEO components like sitemaps, schema markup, and site speed optimization
  • Devise and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
  • Conduct keyword research and target ad placement to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI)
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making necessary adjustments to enhance results
  • Create and execute social media marketing strategies to amplify brand awareness and engagement
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive user engagement and traffic
  • Develop and implement email marketing campaigns in collaboration with the content team to engage partners
  • Segment email lists and create targeted campaigns to improve open rates and click-through rates
  • Monitor email campaign performance and analyze results for future optimization
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to captivate and engage the target audience
  • Support the creative and communications team in delivering high-quality content (blog posts, whitepapers, infographics) to drive traffic and engagement
  • Ensure content is optimized for search engines and social media platforms
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMRush, and other relevant resources
  • Generate regular weekly and monthly reports on key performance metrics (website traffic, conversion rates, ROI)
  • Utilize data to identify trends and insights, implementing necessary adjustments to enhance campaign performance

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • Demonstrated expertise (typically exceeding 8 years) in the realm of digital marketing, focusing on SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Working experience in the Middle East is ad added value
  • A comprehensive comprehension of digital marketing platforms, technologies, and emerging trends
  • Proven track record of effectively managing and leading teams of digital marketing professionals
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • Excellent English communication skills to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Robust analytical abilities and proficiency in leveraging data to guide business decisions
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, enabling productive teamwork with cross-functional units
  • Strong project management aptitude, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Adaptability to embrace new technologies and acquire new skills as required
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with an eye for details
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas to a variety of audiences
  • Experience managing a marketing budget and allocating resources effectively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to be permanently based in Dubai
