We expand our team and offer a great opportunity for an experienced Executive Search Consultant to own the end-to-end recruiting process for various international Executive Search projects in MEAI & APAC. The ideal candidate is passionate about people, possesses excellent communication skills, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead all aspects of client engagements, including understanding the client’s business, culture, and talent needs
  • Partner with clients to better understand hiring needs and strategically plan a method of finding the ideal candidate
  • Generate new business through various marketing techniques to effectively support our strategy and business goals
  • Provide strong leadership and initiative to continuously improve the recruiting team’s strategy and objectives
  • Continuously work towards building the team through mentoring the recruiting team, providing feedback, and showing appreciation
  • Customize a sourcing strategy for each search through personal and original research focused on the client and industry
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their individual fit for each role
  • Be dedicated to properly measuring and sharing strategic goals and achievements
  • Manage and continuously build relationships with candidates through every phase of the recruitment process
  • Facilitate communication between the client and candidate throughout the entire search process
  • Provide timely and transparent feedback to clients and candidates throughout the search process
  • Partner with stakeholders to determine recruiting priorities and capacity across markets and companies, create compelling job descriptions, develop ideal candidate profiles, and robust interview process
  • Ensure outstanding candidate experience and an exceptional talent search process
  • Optimize recruiting tools and practices, to ensure compliance, consistency, and integrity
  • Lead innovative sourcing strategies to attract and build a pipeline of top talent for all requisitions including executive searches and high-priority technical searches
  • Reporting to Managing Director

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences: 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • At least three years of broad recruiting experience in an Executive Search company
  • Working experience in the Middle East is an added value
  • Digitally savvy, knowledge of MS Office and various recruiting software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German are a requirement
  • Direct, hands-on experience hiring for executives, engineering, operations, sales and general management
  • Proven ability to use data to optimize the recruiting processes, develop innovative strategies and increase applicant pipelines
  • Experience managing a high-volume requisition load with competing demands from various businesses
  • Exceptional client management and customer service skills, with attention to producing high-quality results
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn about different business environments and cultures quickly and effectively
  • Consultative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to anticipate and prepare for all client needs
  • Effectively manage a wide variety and high volume of recruitment projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills to effectively interact with international clients
  • Top-notch written and verbal communication skills to ensure candidates, clients, and colleagues are consistently updated on stage and processes
  • A solutions-oriented, committed, and goal-driven hands-on personality who will be based in Dubai for several years
