As Sales Manager, you will be in charge of proactively developing and establishing key accounts throughout the HoReCa business whilst implementing and optimizing the company's overall growth strategy. 

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and establish strong partnerships and productive long-term relationships within the HoReCa sector
  • Implement and optimize the growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Effective project management and execution of project roll-out as well as implementation within existing and recently acquired Key Accounts
  • Plan, organize and participate in customer events and coordinate marketing activities
  • Resolve customer complaints by providing constant superior customer and after sales support
  • Develop new business opportunities by cross-selling and up-selling our client's portfolio
  • Ensure high brand visibility within the HoReCa channel via customer acquisition, machine placements and branding activities
  • Carry out regular coffee tastings to prospects and customers supported by the internal Barista professionals
  • Present alternative sales strategies to reach sales goal in case of unexpected market trends 
  • Verify client orders, sales rotation and stock levels
  • Report to the Commercial Director

 

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in Economics, Hospitality or a similar qualification
  • Minimum of five years UAE sales experience and a relevant network in the HoReCa sector
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Open-minded, outgoing and communicative personality with team player attitude 
  • High level of customer and service orientation
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with a drive for results
  • Great presentation and customer interaction skills
  • Outstanding analytical and numeric skills with attention to detail
