For our world leading client, an international producer in packaging solutions, we are exclusively searching for a Regional Commercial Analyst (m/f/d) MEA & Turkey. Our client is a global market leader in their segment and grows product innovations continuously. As Regional Commercial Analyst (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the the regions Middle East, Africa and Turkey, managing and developing the client network to significantly grow the business segment.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop sales & business development strategies for Africa, Middle East and Turkey
  • Establish a viable system for sales controlling together with the Regional Finance & Controlling Team 
  • Commercial risk management
  • Support the local teams in creating business plans
  • Analyse and control MEA and Turkey business plans
  • Cover a region with 300 manufacturing maschines
  • Evaluate current selling prices, calculate price adjustments and participate in the development of pricing strategies
  • Conduct profitability, margin and portfolio analysis at item level as well as plant level
  • Responsible for the successful implementation of a CRM system and the documentation, administration and creation of the customer relationship processes
  • Active involvement in ongoing internal process optimizations
  • Drive management and controlling of commercial contracts
  • Create and implement service level agreements, as well as general monitoring, review and standardization of sales contracts (terms & conditions, duration terms, payment terms, etc.)
  • Contribute to market mapping in the region, across the different segments/technologies

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in sales, finance and controlling or similar
  • Manufacturing and engineering experience is a must
  • Experience in B2B sales in ME and Turkish region
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling and/or in commercial department
  • Working experience with commodity parts is an added value
  • Profound MS Office skills, ERP system knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Hands-on personality, Independent work, analytical and solution-oriented thinking, communication skills as well as engagement and commitment
  • Driving license and willingness to travel
