For our world leading client, an international producer in packaging solutions, we are exclusively searching for a Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d) MEA & Turkey. Our client is a global market leader in their segment and grows product innovations continuously. As Regional Compensation & Benefits Manager (m/f/d) you will play a significant role in developing the overall Compensation and Benefits system by integrating policies, tools and solutions that allow for a financially sustainable and market-competitive remuneration policy for employees in MEA & Turkey, enabling planned organizational development.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and establish appropriate Compensation & Benefits policies across MEA and Turkey that support sustainable business growth whilst maintaining external competitiveness
- Manage the integration of policies by utilizing tools and solutions that allow for a financially sustainable and market-competitive remuneration policy for the employees
- Balance harmonization among countries and plants according to local requirements
- Actively participate in external compensation surveys, ensuring factual, unbiased data on relative market positioning
- Coordinate salary review process for the clusters, assisting in construction of merit matrices, and supporting validation and approval of proposals
- Closely collaborate with the Learning & Development Manager and Heads of HR in order to establish compensation career paths that accompany individual development plans
- Consolidate data from budgeting process and monthly reporting
- Monitor trends and deviations whilst defining appropriate HR analytics
- Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues
- Take the lead in projects focused on continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local compensation laws and regulations
- Report to the Regional HR Manager and actively support and guide him on global development projects
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree with a focus on Management, Finance, Mathematics or similar
- Extensive knowledge within compensation & benefits and prior implementation or development experience of policies and procedure
- Methodological and technical background in an HR Consulting environment
- Experience in salary surveys, position benchmarking and compensation structures development
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate data
- Project Management and stakeholder development skills
- Profound MS Office skills, ERP system knowledge is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Independent work and solution-oriented thinking
- Strong communication skills as well as engagement and commitment
- Driving license and willingness to travel
