Our client is a market leader within the Independent Automotive Aftermarket, known for innovation, quality, and a customer-first approach. Providing high-caliber solutions for the automotive industry, they are committed to expanding their strategic reach in the Middle East and delivering impactful growth in this vibrant region. As the first on-the-ground Arabic-speaking Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will play a critical role in establishing, driving, and deepening the company’s presence, guiding clients, and representing the brand with expertise and professionalism.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Oversee and implement high-impact market and client strategies to achieve ambitious business targets as defined in the Business/Account Plan
- Lead negotiations with high-value clients and finalize agreements, aligning with the company’s premium pricing strategy to secure strong competitive positioning
- Build and enhance strategic client relationships and drive new business acquisition efforts, solidifying the brand’s foothold across the Middle East market
- Deliver best-in-class customer support, maintaining an updated CRM and client database Drive regular reporting, conduct executive-level client meetings, and manage high-stakes contract negotiations
- Conduct sophisticated market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for expansion Collaborate with product, marketing, and pricing teams to refine and align market penetration strategies
- Act as the primary senior representative, managing high-priority client interactions via phone and virtual meetings to establish trust and ensure satisfaction
- Provide timely, high-level reporting to the Head of Sales, including strategic insights on client progress and regional market dynamics
- Represent the company at industry-leading events and trade shows, strengthening strategic relationships and reinforcing the brand’s reputation
- Work closely with senior Sales and Marketing Managers to coordinate impactful marketing activities and brand positioning
- Dedicate more than 50% of working hours to traveling throughout the Middle East to personally engage clients and oversee on-the-ground market development
- Directly report to the Head of Sales who is based in Germany on customer developments, sales performance, and market dynamics
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
- Deep knowledge of the Independent Automotive Aftermarket with substantial experience in the Middle East’s dynamic landscape
- Proven background in senior-level sales or account management with a focus on technically sophisticated automotive aftermarket products
- Strong analytical capabilities with a strategic, solution-oriented approach to market challenges
- Demonstrated success in building lasting client partnerships and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with authority across diverse cultural landscapes
- A high degree of independence, organization, and a results-driven mindset essential for effective performance in a senior role
- Ability to collaborate across cultures with adaptability, resilience, and strong leadership qualities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant SAP modules
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, with Arabic as a native language Additional language skills, such as German, are advantageous
- Valuable experience working with German companies and an understanding of their corporate culture
