In this multifunctional role, the HR & Public Relations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and continued development of the organisation. The position combines human resources management, government relations (PRO), and administrative responsibilities to support business continuity, legal compliance, and employee satisfaction across multiple entities. This role is well-suited for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with strong knowledge of local labour law, government procedures, and end-to-end HR operations.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage all visa, residency, and labour-related processes for employees, including renewals, transfers, and cancellations
- Coordinate renewals of company licenses, registrations, and mandatory documentation
- Act as primary point of contact with government authorities and official portals
- Support recruitment activities, including international hiring, offers, and employment contracts
- Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR systems, and personnel files
- Support payroll by providing accurate data on leave, allowances, and overtime
- Handle tenancy, utility, and vehicle-related administrative processes
- Support management with general administration, reporting, and special assignments
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR and PRO roles within the region
- Strong knowledge of labour law, visa regulations, and government procedures
- Experience working in a multi-entity or regulated environment
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
