Job Title: HR Projects Manager

Job Purpose: Responsible for supporting and executing strategic HR projects across the region, by collaborating with various stakeholders, including local HR teams, senior management, and external vendors, to ensure project timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Job Responsibilities:
• Supporting and executing large-scale HR projects across MEA region, including project planning, stakeholder management, communication, timeline management to ensure project goals are met. The projects in the scope include but not limited to:
o SuccessFactors global implementation
o SuccessFactors regional payroll implementation
o Regional learning and development framework
o HR Analytics & reporting fundamentals
o Other local HR projects
• Creating comprehensive project plans that effectively address the business needs, align with HR strategies, and provide exceptional HR services.
• Utilise data analysis to identify HR-related issues within projects, risks and develop and implement data-driven solutions to mitigate them effectively.
• Effectively interact with senior management and local HR teams to provide project updates, solicit feedback, and align project objectives with business goals.
• Contribute valuable insights and input to strategic and policy decisions, drawing from the project management experience to inform high-level decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations.
Qualification, Experience, Behaviours & Skills
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar
• At least 3 years of HR experience in a multinational business environment with generalist background
• Strong analytical and operational HR skills, result oriented
• Experiences in working in a matrix organization and dealing with different cultures.
• Very strong communication skills, international mindset, openness and ability to listen
• Familiar with legal aspects and current HR trends in the region
• Very strong language skills in English, German is a plus
• Working under pressure and strict timelines
• Willingness to go the extra mile, positive can-do attitude as well as hands-on approach
