For our long-standing client tesa, an international leader in adhesives technology, we are exclusively searching for a Sales Engineer - Pakistan, based in Dubai. Tesa is a global market leader in their segment and grows product innovations continuously. As Sales Engineer you will be responsible for developing business in Pakistan, setting up and managing the client network to significantly grow brand awareness and market share.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Identify business opportunities by networking and relationship building throughout entire Pakistani territory
- Advise guide and support all customers in the Industrial Market within Pakistan
- Ongoing analysis and documentation of the customer requirements
- Drive the launch of new and existing tesa products, assure appropriate applications for the end users, develop specific market segments
- Steer the distribution network and build relation to key end users
- Pursue an active pricing policy under Regional and HQ input
- Improve local presence continuously with guidance and control of the distribution network
- Support the achievement of the planned turnover and margin targets for Pakistan, assuring a continuous significant and profitable growth
- Execute the strategy of the Company under the guidance of the Country Manager
- Give input to strategic development of the market
- Definition of annual targets and execution
- Prepare and submit sales analysis reports on regular basis
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree in Engineering or similar qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in technical B2B industrial sales
- Experience within the adhesive or sealant market is a plus
- Working experience in an international enterprise is an added value
- Sales personality with strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen
- Profound MS Office skills, knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Urdu
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Target driven and capable of hitting KPIs and activity levels
- Proactive, self-organized and independent personality with the ability to multi-task
- Willingness to travel to Pakistan on a regular basis
