We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join the growing team in Dubai. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients and promoting our factoring and trade finance solutions across the GCC region, potentially also growing the territory. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment with the backing of an established global brand.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Identify and engage prospective clients, including SMEs, corporates, and exporters across the GCC
- Promote factoring and trade finance solutions tailored to client needs
- Design and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends
- Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless transaction execution
- Coordinate with marketing teams on campaigns and promotional materials aligned with sales goals
- Provide regular sales performance updates and market intelligence to senior management
- Track competitor activity and contribute insights to improve products and services
- Ensure all business development activities adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Stay informed about industry regulations affecting trade finance in the GCC region
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; an MBA is a plus
- Proven experience in business development, factoring, or trade finance, ideally within the UAE or GCC market
- Strong understanding of the financial needs of SMEs and exporters
- Fluent in English; Arabic or additional regional languages is an advantage
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to coordinate across functional teams
- Entrepreneurial spirit and commercial mindset
- Strong cultural awareness and ability to work in a diverse, international team
