To support this demanding and highly dynamic environment, our client is seeking an exceptional Global Executive Assistant (m/f/d) who combines absolute discretion, outstanding organizational excellence, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. This role requires a world-class professional capable of navigating complex global schedules, managing high-profile interactions, and anticipating needs before they arise.

This is not a traditional assistant role but a highly trusted position within the executive ecosystem, requiring flexibility, emotional intelligence, and the ability to operate seamlessly across cultures, industries, and time zones.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Provide comprehensive, high-level support to a globally active entrepreneur across business, investment
• Manage complex international calendars, global travel itineraries, and multi-time-zone scheduling with exceptional precision
• Act as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison between the executive and senior stakeholders including investors, global executives, government representatives, and UHNWI networks
• Coordinate and prepare high-level meetings, global events, and executive engagements, ensuring flawless planning and execution
• Anticipate priorities and challenges proactively while ensuring the executive’s time and focus are optimized at all times
• Maintain absolute discretion while handling confidential information, sensitive discussions, and high-profile relationships
• Manage complex international travel arrangements, including last-minute changes, VIP logistics, and high-level hospitality coordination
• Prepare briefing materials, reports, and background research for meetings, negotiations, and strategic discussions
• Support financial and business-related matters, including budget tracking, financial overviews, and coordination of controlling-related topics in close alignment with advisors and internal stakeholders
• Monitor and organize key financial data, reporting inputs, and budget-related information to support well-informed executive decision-making
• Stay informed on global political developments, economic trends, and lifestyle movements relevant to international leadership circles
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with partners, advisors, service providers, and key contacts worldwide
• Handle unexpected challenges with calmness, diplomacy, and sound judgment in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives requiring exceptional coordination, attention to detail, and independent execution

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• A proven track record of at least 5 years supporting senior global executives, entrepreneurs, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals in similarly demanding environments
• Experience working with CEOs of multinational corporations, stock-listed companies, or internationally active entrepreneurs
• Experience in manufacturing and construction industry required
• A strong affinity for financial topics such as budgeting, controlling, and financial oversight, ideally supported by practical exposure within finance-related environments
• Exceptional organizational capabilities with the ability to manage complex priorities across multiple projects, locations, and time zones
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage effectively with individuals at all levels, including UHNWI networks
• Absolute discretion, integrity, and professionalism when handling highly confidential information and sensitive matters
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, digital collaboration platforms, and executive scheduling systems
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to quickly understand personal preferences, communication styles, and priorities

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and implement a best-in-class sales and market entry strategy to drive the company’s growth and positioning in Saudi Arabia
• Serve as a trusted commercial partner to regional and global leadership, contributing strategic insight and influencing key business decisions

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• An academic background in business, engineering, or a related discipline, supported by extensive executive leadership exposure
• A strong track record of driving revenue and managing complex commercial portfolios within the construction or infrastructure sector
• Hands-on experience operating in Saudi Arabia, with a clear understanding of local regulations, decision-making structures, and cultural dynamics

To lead this strategic expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial and hands-on Business Development Manager (m/f/d) GCC. This role offers a unique opportunity to build a new market, establish long-term partnerships, and shape the regional business strategy. You will act as the first local representative, combining technical consulting, project sales, and strategic business development in a highly demanding, solution-driven environment.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Build and develop the regional market presence across the Middle East, with a strategic focus on municipal infrastructure solutions within the water, wastewater, and stormwater segments
• Act as the first on-the-ground employee, representing the company locally and establishing long-term market structures
• Drive hands-on business development, identifying, developing, and converting new project opportunities
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Work closely with municipalities, engineering consultants, and contractors through tender-based sales processes and technical specification work
• Support project acquisition by influencing specifications, providing technical consulting, and positioning premium system solutions
• Develop strong relationships with end customers and contractors, jointly promoting optimized technical and commercial project solutions
• Lead technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for stakeholders
• Act as the interface between local customers, engineering partners, and the company’s technical and production teams in Germany

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Minimum 6–10 years of experience in technical project sales or business development, ideally within the building materials, construction solutions, or infrastructure technology sectors
• Strong background in consultative, specification-driven, and high-value technical sales
• Proven experience working in tender-based project environments, particularly with municipalities and infrastructure operators
• Proven ability to understand, position, and successfully commercialize complex, technically sophisticated, and high-value solutions within project-driven environments
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a demonstrated track record in building markets, structures, and business pipelines from the ground up
• Commercial acumen combined with strong technical credibility, enabling effective engagement with engineering, contractor, and end-user stakeholders
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at senior and municipal levels
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are a strong advantage
• High flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region as required
