Our client is a globally recognized manufacturer of cable management, identification, and connectivity solutions, known for its engineering expertise and commitment to quality. With manufacturing facilities across multiple regions and a strong international presence, the company serves customers in a wide range of industries, including energy, transportation, telecommunications, industrial automation, and infrastructure.

To strengthen our clients Sales Team in the Middle East, we are currently seeking a Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to manage technical sales activities across the UAE and Oman. This position has a strong focus on the oil & gas sector, while also covering construction, infrastructure, and renewable energy, working with distributors and industrial end users. In this position, you will act as the key interface between customers in the region, local operations, and international engineering teams, driving business development, project specification, and market growth across both countries.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Drive new business development by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new customers while expanding existing accounts in close collaboration with distribution channel partners
• Own and manage strategic key accounts, proactively identify growth opportunities, and execute structured sales strategies aligned with regional and corporate objectives
• Conduct comprehensive market mapping and analysis to identify high-potential projects, tenders, and long-term contract opportunities across the assigned territory
• Deliver structured product presentations, workshops, and technical-commercial consultations to support customers and channel partners in solution development
• Act as the primary coordination point for all commercial and technical customer inquiries in alignment with distribution partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution
• Develop and present tailored technical and commercial proposals that fully address customer requirements and deliver competitive value propositions
• Provide strategic input on regional market development, including product enhancements, portfolio optimization, and new solution opportunities based on customer and market insights
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, pipeline development, forecasts, and achieved results to support business transparency and planning

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Technical or commercial degree, or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Product Management, preferably serving customers through distributors, contractors, EPCs, or direct sales channels
• Strong understanding of the Electrical and/or Energy/Utilities sector with relevant market and application knowledge
• Highly customer-centric mindset with proven ability to drive sales growth and develop long-term relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage at multiple stakeholder levels
• Strong strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking capabilities with a structured approach to problem-solving
• Hands-on, proactive, and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic language skills are considered a strong advantage

Our client is an internationally active German manufacturing company with a long-standing tradition in precision-driven production and engineering excellence. With production facilities in Germany and an expanding international presence, the company supports customers across multiple industries through innovative solutions, high quality standards, and reliable operational processes. For the company’s Dubai office, we are currently seeking a German Speaking Accountant (m/f/d) who will take ownership of the local accounting function while acting as the key financial interface between the Dubai entity and the production and headquarters teams in Germany. This role offers close collaboration with senior management and the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization and coordination of international accounting processes.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee the full accounting activities of the German entity from the Dubai satellite office
• Act as the main financial interface between the Dubai office, the German production site, and the management team
• Coordinate and support the outsourcing and integration of accounting processes with the German parent company
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping, financial reporting, and compliance with local regulations and internal standards
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payment processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities in coordination with external partners and headquarters
• Prepare financial documentation, reports, and management overviews for internal stakeholders
  
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and external service providers when required
• Monitor financial transactions and ensure proper documentation and process transparency
• Support management in administrative, financial, and operational matters related to the Dubai entity
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and professionalization of accounting and finance processes

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Completed vocational training or academic qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field in Germany
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles
• Solid hands-on experience within the German accounting environment is mandatory
• Strong understanding of German accounting standards, bookkeeping procedures, and financial processes
• Experience working in an international company structure with close coordination to headquarters
• Ability to independently manage accounting operations with a hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational skills with a structured and detail-oriented working approach
• Confident communication skills and the ability to collaborate with management and international stakeholders
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory
• Previous experience in the UAE or international environments is considered an advantage

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of end-to-end logistics operations, working in a dynamic international environment while ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective supply chain execution across the region. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Manage daily logistics and end-to-end supply chain operations for import and export shipments
• Coordinate international and domestic freight movements via sea, air, and land transportation
• Monitor shipment schedules, ETAs, cargo movements, and delivery timelines
• Ensure seamless coordination between suppliers, warehouses, transport providers, and project teams
• Oversee JAFZA logistics procedures, documentation, and compliance requirements
• Handle UAE customs clearance processes for import and export shipments
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and logistics service providers
• Negotiate freight rates and logistics service agreements with external partners
• Monitor logistics costs and support invoice verification, cost control, and reporting activities

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, import/export, or supply chain management
• Mandatory hands-on experience with JAFZA operations and UAE customs procedures
• Strong knowledge of international shipping processes across sea, air, and land transportation
• Solid understanding of import/export documentation and global trade compliance requirements
• Experience working with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics service providers
• Strong negotiation skills in freight rates and logistics service agreements
• Experience with logistics management systems and ERP platforms
