As part of their strategic growth plans, they are now seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead their expansion efforts in the Middle East, with a primary focus on the oil & gas and petrochemical industries.

The Regional Sales Manager will be the first locally based representative in the Middle East, stationed in Dubai, and will play a crucial role in establishing and developing sales channels within the region. This role is vital for building strong relationships with key industry players, driving business development, and enhancing market presence in the oil & gas and petrochemical sectors. Reporting directly to the Director of International Business, the Regional Sales Manager will be at the forefront of our client’s regional strategy.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the mechanical seals and rotating equipment sectors across the Middle East
• Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies aimed at achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding market share in the region
• Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders, including EPC companies, compressor manufacturers, and major industrial players in the oil & gas and petrochemical industries
• Oversee the complete sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing deals, and ensuring successful project implementation and customer satisfaction
• Drive brand recognition by registering the company on the qualified suppliers' list of target customers and participating in industry events, trade fairs, and other relevant forums
• Provide in-depth knowledge and support on mechanical seals and related products, collaborating closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer requirements
• Offer product training and support to clients and internal sales teams to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness
• Prepare detailed reports on sales activities, market trends, and business development initiatives, providing valuable insights to inform strategic decisions
• Represent the company at trade fairs and other relevant venues for customer interaction in the region
• Work closely with the Director of International Business and other regional teams to ensure alignment on market strategies and business goals

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Proven track record in sales or business development within the rotating equipment business across the Middle East 
• Strong understanding of mechanical seals and the according industry standards and trends 
• Extensive exposure within the oil & gas and/or petrochemical industries
• Demonstrated experience in driving revenue growth, achieving sales targets, and expanding market share
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential, additional language skills such as Hindi, Arabic or Chinese would be an added value
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Middle East and to Europe as needed

We are seeking a Sr. Mechanical & System Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and take on a critical role in the development and execution of advanced pump systems and their auxiliary units. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the creation of comprehensive project and tender documents for pump systems and their auxiliary units, ensuring they are designed and executed as fully integrated turnkey process solutions
• Take full responsibility for the construction and design of automated pump systems, encompassing layout planning, pipeline planning (including insulation and trace heating), valve selection, pressure design, instrumentation, explosion protection, structural planning, hydraulic auxiliary systems, and more, in collaboration with highly qualified subcontractors
• Perform detailed calculations for the dimensioning and design of system components, adhering to stringent industry standards such as ASME and AD2000
• Engage in close collaboration with the multidisciplinary project team, including project managers, electrical engineers, and procurement specialists, to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion
• Analyze and evaluate complex customer specifications, providing critical support in the preparation of bids and the successful execution of projects
• Rigorously review mechanical and hydraulic supply documents and components, ensuring alignment with the defined service descriptions and project objectives

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and execute complex projects across the Middle East with precision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints

• Experience in plant engineering and managing international projects is essential

• Experience working in the Middle East will be considered a valuable asset
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to drive process improvements through LEAN and other efficiency tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams across multiple geographies
• Approximately 70% office work and 30% travel, including international assignments
