As a Sales Engineer, you will be at the forefront of supporting customers in the logistics automation industry, which is one of the company’s fastest-growing markets. You will act as the technical-commercial interface between clients and the organization, ensuring that customer requirements are understood and met with tailored automation solutions. Beyond managing existing accounts, you will actively identify and develop new business opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and position the company as a trusted partner in Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving logistics and supply chain landscape. This role combines technical expertise with strong commercial acumen. You will not only provide hands-on support for quotations, proposals, and order acquisition but also contribute to market development strategies, cross-selling initiatives, and the long-term growth of the business in the region. Working closely with both local teams and international headquarters, you will help drive the expansion of advanced logistics automation solutions, contributing to the digital transformation of industries across the Kingdom.

This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open exclusively to Saudi Nationals. 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Support customers in driving front-end sales of industrial automation solutions with a focus on logistics automation and growth markets
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships, while actively developing new opportunities and preventing competitor entry
• Visit customers to understand their needs, support solution engineering teams with proposals, prepare quotes, and follow up to secure orders
• Deliver on sales targets by preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly forecasts, while issuing weekly agendas and monthly reports
• Carry out active customer sales calls, travel monthly to allocated customers/markets, and consistently promote the product portfolio
• Cooperate with headquarters on orders, shipments, and overdue accounts in collaboration with local technical/commercial teams
• Update CRM and project lists to ensure accurate account and opportunity tracking
• Support international business initiatives in collaboration with global sales units and industry managers
• Promote the full product portfolio across business areas to maximize cross-selling opportunities
• Report to the Sales and Service Director, based in Dubai

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• University degree in Engineering
• Open to fresh graduates with strong motivation to achieve sales targets
• Technical knowledge relevant to automation solutions preferred
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment, system integrators, end-users, or distributors is a plus
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic skills
• Knowledge of database, CRM, or ERP systems (SAP is a plus)
• A valid driving license is essential
• Strong communication skills and intercultural sensitivity
• Analytical and organizational abilities with attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and results-driven approach

To strengthen its market presence in the ANZ region, the company is seeking to appoint an experienced Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth, expand key customer relationships and accelerate market penetration. The Business Development Manager ANZ (m/f/d) will play an important role in identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term partnerships and positioning the company as a leading provider of smart lighting control and automation solutions. This role requires a commercially driven, consultative professional with strong technical understanding and the ability to influence key stakeholders across the construction and building technology ecosystem.

With solid knowledge of DALI and KNX technologies, the Business Development Manager (m/f/d) will contribute significantly to the company’s long-term growth strategy and increasing market share across Australia and New Zealand.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities across commercial, industrial and residential sectors
• Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to expand the company’s footprint in the ANZ market
• Engage with clients, consultants, lighting designers and contractors to understand project requirements and propose tailored lighting control solutions
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations highlighting the features and benefits of DALI, KNX and related systems
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions while ensuring timely follow-up and conversion into projects
• Collaborate closely with engineering, project management and support teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction
• Monitor industry trends, standards and competitor activities to maintain strong market positioning
• Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, training sessions and networking forums
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, CRM records and reporting aligned with corporate requirements
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and strategic accounts across the ANZ region
