The newly Dubai-established WÜRTH PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS introduces a breakthrough concept designed to enhance our clients service and support, ensuring that they benefit from a dedicated, 24/7 mentality team committed to fulfilling any need with excellence. WÜRTH PROFESSIONAL SOLUTIONS brings the access to a broad range of product and services leveraging the extensive capabilities of Wurth’s 80 years global history and experience to the Middle East under one umbrella.
We are a one-stop-shop for highly sophisticated clients with complex business models in 4 market segments: construction and infrastructure, operations and facility management, manufacturing as well as the vertical Multiples, which comprises projects in AI and vertical farming amongst others.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support internal controlling, statutory accounting and reporting.
- Support the implementation of SAP system and maintenance of KPIs.
- Create cash flow forecasts and budgets.
- Compliance Support: ensuring compliance with local laws, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations.
- Ensure cost controlling: identifying efficiencies and opportunities for effective cost management across the business.
- Implement Financial strategy: developing financial strategy including risk minimization plans and opportunity forecasting.
- Reporting and analysis: providing reports and analyses to MD to guide decision making.
- Participate in the project meetings, risk analysis meetings and all decision-making processes concerning financial or contractual aspects of the business.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools, advance knowledge of MS excel.
- Business, finance, controlling and accounting education (bachelor or master)
- Previous experience in similar position is an advantage.
- Entrepreneurial skills- being able to act like an entrepreneur within the organization.
Organizational talent, the ability to keep cool under time pressure, an affinity for numbers, as well as mental and time flexibility instead of "9 to 5 thinking"
