As Brand Manager, you will be responsible for Trade Marketing operations, brand strategies, and supporting distributors, the internal sales team, and stakeholders in all brand marketing-related activities, in alignment with the headquarter.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Protect and expand brand equity and increase brand awareness in the GCC market
  • Adapt the global brand strategy to local and country-specific needs
  • Develop the trade marketing concept and animation schemes for consumers
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to support product launches and sales activities
  • Develop all marketing related tools
  • Steer and lead creative, media, designer, production and merchandiser agencies
  • Media planning
  • Marketing budget management
  • Develop a social media strategy ensuring up-to-date online and digital presence including content management
  • Report to the Head of Brand Marketing


To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University Degree in International Business, or similar
  • 5-10 years experience in marketing; at least 3 years in a Brand Management role with Trade Marketing activity
  • In-depth knowledge of various marketing best practices
  • Brand management skills in a creatively-driven organization or agency
  • Good cultural understanding of an international company with strong ethical values
  • Multitasking and project management skills
  • Excellent English skills, Arabic is an advantage
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Pro-active and winning personality with high energy and positive attitude
  • Highly collaborative, and resourceful with a solution first approach with the drive to find opportunities
  • Analytical thinking and understanding of a global brand approach
