Our client is a fast growing consultancy, specializing in providing innovative business solutions to various industries. With a team of international experts, the company offers tailored consulting services for companies entering the Dubai market, seeking business excellence. To grow the multi-lingual team, the company seeks to hire a German-speaking Sales Manager (m/f/d) to expanding its reach and grow the business. The Sales Manager's (m/f/d) responsibilities include defining target audiences, cultivating strong partnerships, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the company's services. Leveraging the expertise in lead generation, executing effective marketing initiatives, and fostering transparent collaborations will be the key to achieve sales targets and elevating the firm's awareness in the German, Swiss and Austrian business community. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Formulating and implementing business development strategies to secure new sales opportunities and forge professional partnerships in the German, Swiss and Austrian markets
- Cultivating close relationships with commercial entities and political bodies in the UAE and Germany, Switzerland and Austria
- Building and nurturing strong, enduring customer relationships with partners to meet sales targets
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to potential clients to showcase the benefits of the company's services
- Adopt a consultative approach to sales by actively listening to customer needs and challenges, providing appropriate recommendations, and customizing solutions to meet their specific requirements
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer support to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed about trends, competitors, and market conditions
- Representing the company at conferences, events, and podium discussions both domestically and internationally to enhance brand visibility
- Traveling internationally (up to 50%) to meet potential and existing partners and clients
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or any related advanced degree
- Proven track record of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
- Possession of a strong network of contacts in the target market is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of the German market is required
- Exceptional verbal and written German and English communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and build rapport with clients
- A self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset, capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- A genuine passion for understanding and fulfilling customer needs, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term relationships
- Strong social skills and adaptability to thrive in an ever-changing industry
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time
