On an exclusive basis, we are searching for our client tesa SE a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) with experience in adhesive tapes for industrial growth markets. tesa SE is one of the world's leading manufacturers of self-adhesive products and system solutions for industry, professional craftsmen, and consumers. The company manufactures and markets self-adhesive products and system solutions for industry, trade, and consumer sectors worldwide. With more than 5,000 employees, tesa SE is active in over 100 countries around the globe. As Key Account Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the industrial growth market segment in Morocco and will contribute to the company's significant growth in this region.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Key Account Management of the international trade and converter business in Morocco
  • Increase sales and manage profitability of selected key accounts
  • Advise, guide and support all customers in this market segment
  • Manage and develop existing customer base and distributors as well as new acquisitions in new markets
  • Ongoing analysis and documentation of the customer requirements
  • Drive the launch of new and existing products
  • Assure appropriate applications for the end users, develop specific market segments
  • Steer the distribution network and build relations with key end users
  • Improve local presence continuously with guidance and control of the distribution network
  • Support the achievement of the planned turnover and margin targets, assuring continuous significant and profitable growth
  • Execute the strategy of the company under the guidance of the Sales Director
  • Give input to the strategic development of the market
  • Definition of annual targets and execution, prepare and submit sales analysis reports on a regular basis
  • Enhance and track projects through your effective CRM
  • Report to the Sales Director 

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • University degree in Engineering or similar qualification
  • Experience in technical B2B sales of adhesives and sealants in Morocco is a must
  • Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen
  • Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic and French
  • Target-driven and capable of hitting KPIs and activity levels
  • Proactive, self-organized and independent personality with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong MS Office skills, knowledge of LinkedIn and CRM advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within Morocco
