Our German client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality mechanical and electronic access control products. The products are already introduced in the GCC market. To further grow the business, the company is seeking a Regional Sales Manager. The main objective will be to identify and develop new business opportunities and to expand the business with existing customers. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a combination of sales acumen, market expertise, and strategic thinking. Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Key Account Management and development of new business opportunities in the GCC market
- Maintain and assess existing customer relations and distribution channels
- Analyze markets in terms of sales and earnings potential
- Provide product training, presentations, visit trade fairs, and much more
- Manage customer satisfaction at the highest level
- Train and manage the dealers to enable them to sell the products in the best possible way
- Translate the company strategy and ensure that company values are maintained
- Report to the International Sales Manager in Germany
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree in Business, Engineering or similar qualification
- At least five years of sales experience of doors in GCC
- Strong technical understanding combined with commercial acumen
- Great communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent communication skills in English, Arabic would be advantageous
- Excellent networking skills
- Ability to plan and supervise work
- Independent, reliable and trustworthy
- Hands-on personality with a positive working attitude
- Willingness to travel within GCC
