With a deep understanding of the DACH economy, we facilitate successful placements within global management teams across corporate headquarters and entities abroad.

Our client, established in 1978, has emerged as a leader in the mechanical sealing industry. Operating in key markets globally, the company has consistently leveraged globalization to fuel its steady growth. To further expand their EMEA (Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Africa) presence, they are seeking an exclusive sales partner, preferably based in Germany. This partner will be essential in driving the continued success and growth of their EMEA business. Proficiency in English is a must.

This position reports directly to the Director of International Business (based in Middle East).

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Develop business models and market access strategies
  • Dealing with customer enquiries, prepare offers and project calculations as well as tender participations and follow the sales cycle thru to order-intake
  • Manage sealing sales targeting European EPC engineering companies and compressor manufacturers
  • Promote the company brand by registering it on the qualified suppliers list of target customers
  • Participate in major sales negotiations, encompassing business, technology, and engineering services
  • Attend trade fairs and other relevant venues for customer interaction in the region

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • Possess a deep understanding and extensive network within the mechanical seals or rotating equipment market, primarily in the oil, gas, and petrochemical industries. Preference given to candidates with sales experience in compressor or large pump factories, or within the mechanical division of engineering companies
  • Demonstrated experience in developing new clients and expanding market reach
  • Passion for similar products, combined with a sales network
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in mechanical engineering
  • Ability to work from home in Europe, with frequent travel to Dubai, and manage EMEA market development activities effectively
