YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE - Executive Assistant (m/f/d)

For an internationally operating company with regional headquarters in Dubai, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support the CEO in both strategic and day-to-day operations.

This is a true allrounder role. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. Acting as a trusted partner, you will ensure seamless coordination across departments and functions, playing an important role in the successful execution of business priorities.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Provide professional administrative assistance to the CEO MEA, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and stakeholder communication.

  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.

  • Monitor, process and track company payment transactions in coordination with the finance team.

  • Support the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets and presentations.

  • Draft, edit and proofread business documents and board-level communications.

  • Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and manage logistics as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive and strategic information.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • High level of discretion, reliability and integrity

  • Resilient, proactive and service-oriented mindset

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or Arabic is an advantage

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • Familiarity with financial reporting or budgeting tools is a plus

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

  • Several years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or administrative role in the UAE

  • Demonstrated experience in supporting top-level executives

  • Financial acumen and experience with expense and budget oversight
