Our German client, a highly reputed medium-sized enterprise with strong international presence, develops and delivers technically advanced solutions for the construction and building materials sector. Known for its engineering expertise, reliability and innovation, the company supports prestigious large-scale projects worldwide and holds a solid reputation as a trusted partner in the MENA region. To further expand its footprint, the company is now seeking an experienced Sales Manager (m/f/d) MENA.

 

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Drive business development and sales activities across the MENA region with a strong focus on technically complex, solution-driven products and systems for the construction sector
  • Acquire landmark projects and long-term partnerships by leveraging your strong network with senior decision-makers at developers, architects, consultants and contractors
  • Develop and manage distribution channels, ensuring effective collaboration with established partners and identifying new opportunities to strengthen market coverage
  • Position the company as a preferred partner for high-value, engineering-driven solutions in major construction and infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain close client relationships, ensuring a high level of trust, customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Identify market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to shape sales strategies and secure sustainable growth
  • Work closely with headquarters and internal teams to ensure efficient project support, smooth execution and high service standards
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs, further enhancing brand reputation in the region

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related discipline, combined with substantial experience in sales within the construction or building materials industry
  • Proven track record in developing and closing sales of technically complex, solution-oriented products in the Middle East and North Africa markets
  • Strong regional network with established relationships to developers, architects, consultants, and contractors
  • Experience in building and managing distribution networks, ideally with long-standing partnerships in the MENA region
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to interact confidently at senior decision-making level
  • Self-driven, entrepreneurial and results-oriented mindset, combined with a structured and hands-on working style
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic or other regional language skills are a strong advantage
  • High level of integrity, resilience and the ambition to actively shape and grow the business of a renowned German enterprise in the region
