To further strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia, our client is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to drive strategic customer relationships within the Printing & Packaging segment. This role combines commercial responsibility with technical consulting and offers the opportunity to play a key part in expanding the company's footprint in one of the region's most dynamic markets.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Drive business development and key account management activities for the Printing & Packaging industry across Saudi Arabia
- Manage and further develop existing key accounts and distribution partners while identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Build trusted, long-term customer relationships by gaining a thorough understanding of customers' business strategies, operational challenges, and future requirements
- Identify customer needs and deliver tailored technical and commercial solutions that create sustainable value
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales growth and profitability targets
- Monitor market developments, competitive activities, and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and strengthen market positioning
- Act as the primary technical and commercial point of contact for customers, ensuring a high level of service and effective issue resolution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, account plans, and CRM data while tracking key performance indicators
- Prepare regular business reviews, sales reports, and market insights for egional management
- Work closely with internal technical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless customer support
- Report directly to the Sales Manager Middle East
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum of five years of successful B2B sales experience within adhesives, flexible packaging, specialty chemicals, or a comparable technical industry in Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record in managing strategic customer relationships and delivering sustainable business growth
- Strong commercial acumen combined with the ability to understand and communicate technical solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, international environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a customer-centric mindset
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel regularly within Saudi Arabia
- Based in, or willing to relocate to, Riyadh, Jeddah, or Dammam
