As part of the company’s continued growth in the Middle East, we are seeking a SAP FinanceSpecialist & CFO Assistant (m/f/d) to support financial operations and strategy in one of the region’s most dynamic markets.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Manage all financial transactions in SAP (SAP Finance Module R/3 FI), including payables, receivables and e-commerce processes.
- Ensure statutory accounting and reporting in full compliance with UAE commercial law, VAT and CIT requirements.
- Support cash flow forecasts and productivity planning to strengthen liquidity and efficiency.
- Monitor adherence to local laws, tax regulations and international financial standards.
- Contribute to cost control initiatives, identifying efficiencies, risk minimization opportunities and strategic improvements.
- Deliver insightful reporting and financial analysis to guide management decisions.
- Provide direct support to the CFO, including participation in project meetings, risk assessments and key financial decisions.
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Solid professional experience in accounting, finance or controlling, ideally in an international setting
- Advanced knowledge of SAP R/3 FI and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and structured working style
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), additional languages are a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, resilience under pressure and ability to work independently
- High level of integrity, discretion and professional appearance
- Strong organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Emotional intelligence and interpersonal confidence to collaborate across teams
