Personalreferent/HR Generalist (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für die ganzheitliche Betreuung eines definierten Mitarbeiterkreises in sämtlichen operativen, administrativen und organisatorischen HR-Themen.
• Die eigenständige Steuerung und Durchführung personaladministrativer Prozesse über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg – von Eintritt und Vertragsmanagement über die Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen und die Bearbeitung relevanter personalbezogener Dokumente bis hin zum Austritt gehören zu Ihrem Aufgabengebiet.
• Sie arbeiten vertrauensvoll mit dem Betriebsrat zusammen und wirken bei der Ausarbeitung sowie Umsetzung von Betriebsvereinbarungen mit.
• Eigenständig konzipieren und realisieren Sie HR-Projekte und unterstützen die Personalleitung bei strategisch relevanten Fragestellungen.
• Zudem identifizieren Sie kontinuierlich Optimierungspotenziale in bestehenden HR-Prozessen, entwickeln entsprechende Verbesserungsvorschläge und begleiten deren Umsetzung.
• Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie das Personalcontrolling einschließlich der Personalbedarfsplanung und erstellen aussagekräftige Auswertungen, Analysen und Statistiken zur fundierten Steuerung personalwirtschaftlicher Maßnahmen sowie zur Aufbereitung relevanter Kennzahlen und Entscheidungsgrundlagen.
• Im Rahmen der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung verantworten Sie zudem die Pflege und Kontrolle der Zeitwirtschaft und führen die Entgeltabrechnung eigenständig und vollumfänglich durch.

Das bringen Sie mit:

• Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung im Bereich Personal.
• Darüber hinaus bringen Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen (Industrieumfeld) mit.
• Sie verfügen über fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsrecht, Arbeits- und Betriebsverfassungsrecht und zeichnen sich durch ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Qualitätsorientierung und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise aus.
• Eine ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung runden Ihr Profil ab.
• Im Austausch mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern treten Sie empathisch, souverän und verbindlich auf. Dabei verbinden Sie ausgeprägtes Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsgeschick mit einem professionellen Auftreten und einer positiven, humorvollen Art.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Proven track record in industrial B2B sales within process technologies, process equipment, flow control, thermal solutions, or related industries
• Extensive leadership experience with the ability to inspire, encourage, and develop high-performing sales organizations in a dynamic environment
• Strong strategic mindset combined with a hands-on and entrepreneurial approach

As Vice President of Operations (m/f/d), North America, you will serve as the senior operational leader of the company’s U.S. business, reporting directly to the North American CEO. You will drive operational excellence across supply chain management, project management, assembly and production, quality, and safety, while ensuring the seamless execution of complex customer projects.

This role requires a hands-on leader with strong expertise in automation, machine assembly, and OEM environments. You will play a key role in optimizing supply chain performance, reducing bottlenecks, strengthening supplier networks, and translating strategic priorities into measurable operational results. In close partnership with the CEO, you will help shape a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and reliable execution across a strategically important market.

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Extensive leadership experience in aerospace, automation, capital equipment, or advanced manufacturing
• Proven success in leading operations within complex, project-driven, highly customized industrial environments
• Strong expertise in supply chain management, procurement, supplier development, and operational performance management
• Demonstrated experience with KPIs, budgets, and cross-functional leadership
• Hands-on leadership style with strong execution skills and the ability to work effectively from shop floor to executive level
• Experience collaborating with or working within European engineering or manufacturing environments is a strong advantage
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong people leadership skills, and a passion for advanced industrial systems
• Willingness to travel approximately 20 to 25 percent domestically and internationally
• Excellent written and spoken English
