YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE - Executive Assistant (m/f/d)
For an internationally operating company with regional headquarters in Dubai, we are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Executive Assistant (m/f/d) to support the CEO in both strategic and day-to-day operations.
This is a true allrounder role. You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to the CEO. Acting as a trusted partner, you will ensure seamless coordination across departments and functions, playing an important role in the successful execution of business priorities.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Provide professional administrative assistance to the CEO MEA, including calendar and travel management, meeting coordination and stakeholder communication.

Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and smooth information flow.

Monitor, process and track company payment transactions in coordination with the finance team.

Support the preparation and review of financial reports, budgets and presentations.

Draft, edit and proofread business documents and board-level communications.

Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations and manage logistics as needed.

Maintain confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive and strategic information.

Familiarity with financial reporting or budgeting tools is a plus
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field

Several years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or administrative role in the UAE

Demonstrated experience in supporting top-level executives
-
Financial acumen and experience with expense and budget oversight
