YOUR ROLE AT A GLANCE - Specification Manager (m/f/d) 

We are looking for a passionate and outgoing Architecture and Design Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen the presence within the architecture and design (A&D) community across the Middle East. This role is key to developing strong relationships with architects, interior designers and industry stakeholders while promoting tailored design solutions and driving project specifications.

As a trusted partner to the A&D network, you will serve as the bridge between creative vision and successful project execution. You will collaborate closely with the sales and dealer network, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers and key decision-makers within the A&D community.

• Understand project requirements across various sectors and offer well-matched product solutions and creative presentations.

• Act as a brand ambassador by communicating the company’s design philosophy, product expertise and sustainability commitments.

• Work closely with the sales team to align project specifications and ensure client needs are fully understood and addressed.

• Oversee project lifecycles in collaboration with clients, designers and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.

• Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities and upcoming projects within the A&D landscape.

• Deliver in-house training sessions for dealers and partners to enhance their understanding of the product range, design guidelines and brand values.

• Foster close collaboration with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing and logistics to ensure seamless project coordination.

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in the fields of furniture design, interior design, architecture or related contract business, ideally with a focus on the workspace segment.

• Expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment), project specification cycles and working with design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

• Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

• In-depth understanding of the A&D landscape and dealer ecosystem in the GCC region.

• Outstanding interpersonal, presentation and relationship-building skills with a proactive, client-focused mindset.

• Fluency in English, Arabic is considered an advantage.
