On behalf of our client, a European-owned enterprise with offices in Germany and Dubai, we are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting & Administration Executive (m/f/d) to join their Dubai-based team.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
Accounting/Controlling
- Manage daily accounting operations including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable and payroll transactions
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts and payments, ensuring timely and accurate recording of transactions.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, cash flow forecasts and controlling reports in close coordination with the Group HQ in Germany
- Oversee bank reconciliations, vendor payments, salary uploads and audit support
- Ensure compliance with all financial, legal and regulatory requirements within the UAE
- Execute the month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations
Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, including correspondence management, procurement of office supplies and coordination of service providers
- Support HR processes such as employee onboarding, documentation management and administration of payroll, visa processing, health insurance and employee benefits
- Organize business travel for staff, including flight bookings, accommodation arrangements and local transportation
- Maintain structured and accessible filing systems for financial, administrative and HR records
- Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, external appointments and corporate events
Compliance/Reporting
- Ensure adherence to internal policies, procedures and local regulatory requirements across all accounting and administrative functions
- Prepare and deliver timely financial and operational reports to senior management and the Group headquarters
- Monitor and strengthen internal control systems to protect company assets, ensure data accuracy, and mitigate risk of error or fraud
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- You hold a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative roles, ideally in an international SME environment
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Hands-on experience with accounting tools (eg. MS Dynamics is a must, IDL or Treasure Management) and excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal is a must; German is a plus
- Highly organized, accurate and able to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, high integrity and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset and discretion in handling sensitive information.
