Our client is a globally recognized specialist for exclusive cabin interiors in the business and private aviation segment, distinguished by outstanding craftsmanship and uncompromising quality. From its location in Florida, the company serves the North American aftermarket and covers the entire spectrum of cabin modernization, from the restoration of individual furniture elements to comprehensive interior upgrades. To accelerate the expansion of its North American business, we are seeking a dedicated Sales Manager Business & VIP Aviation Interiors (m/f/d).
As Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will assume end-to-end responsibility for the commercial side of demanding cabin modernization projects and position yourself as a trusted advisor to a discerning clientele. In doing so, you will work hand in hand with the internal specialist functions and the international parent organization, combining commercial judgment with an appreciation for premium craftsmanship.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Build and nurture sustainable relationships with owners and operators of business jets, aircraft management firms, brokers, and OEM as well as MRO partners throughout North America
- Generate new business through targeted market development, personal networks, client visits, and a strong presence within the industry
- Steer the full commercial cycle, from the first consultation and concept phase through offer preparation and contract conclusion to the structured handover into project execution
- Translate individual client wishes into convincing interior modernization concepts with a clear value proposition
- Create commercial offers, calculations, presentations, and supporting documentation for the acquisition process
- Conduct negotiations on pricing, scope, timelines, and contractual conditions with a consistent focus on sustainable profitability
- Remain the central point of contact for clients across the entire sales and delivery phase
- Coordinate closely with the Design, Engineering, Production, Procurement, and Program Management functions to secure smooth project delivery
- Ensure reliable pipeline and forecast quality in the CRM system and take an active share in reaching the annual growth targets
- Observe market trends and competitor movements in the business aviation aftermarket and derive commercial opportunities
- Represent the organization at relevant trade fairs, industry gatherings, and client events
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Aviation Management, or a comparable discipline
- Minimum of five years of demonstrable success in selling complex, high-value products or services, whether in a B2B or B2C context
- Professional background in business aviation, cabin completions, MRO, aerospace, the luxury segment, or a comparable premium manufacturing environment
- Proven strength in consultative selling and in negotiating with senior decision-makers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills at executive level
- Pronounced client orientation combined with initiative, structure, and reliability
- Ability to balance several parallel priorities in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel regularly within North America
