Our client is a leading firm in cybersecurity solutions, dedicated to safeguarding digital assets and data. The company leverages innovative technologies and strategies to protect against evolving threats in the digital landscape.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technology strategy and oversee the development of cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cybersecurity trends, technologies, and best practices and a strong leadership background in technology management.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute the technology vision and strategy for the organization, aligning it with business objectives and market trends
• Drive the research and development of cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions, ensuring they meet market demands and regulatory requirements
• Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Identify and assess cybersecurity risks, ensuring robust security measures are implemented across all technology platforms
• ollaborate with executive leadership, clients, and partners to communicate the company’s technology strategy and ensure alignment with customer needs
• Oversee technology budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources for projects and initiatives
• Ensure that all technology practices meet industry standards and compliance requirements, including data protection laws and cybersecurity frameworks
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
• Proven experience in a senior technology leadership role, with a strong focus on cybersecurity
• In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), risk management practices, and threat intelligence
• Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor technical teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• Strong understanding of software development processes, cloud security, and network architecture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus
