As Chief Financial Officer (m/f/d), you will assume overall responsibility for the local finance function and serve as a key interface between the Qatar organization, local joint venture partners and Group headquarters in Vienna.

The role combines 360-degree responsibility across finance, accounting, controlling, treasury, tax, cash management and related commercial matters with a distinctly hands-on approach. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Assume overall responsibility for the finance and accounting function of the Qatar organization, providing clear financial leadership and governance
Lead, develop and further strengthen an established team across accounting and finance
Serve as the key finance interface between the Qatar organization and Group headquarters in Vienna, ensuring alignment with Group objectives and standards
Oversee accurate and timely Group reporting, consolidation and compliance with the requirements of an internationally operating, listed organization
Provide financial leadership across the project business, overseeing controlling, cost development, cash flow, working capital, receivables and financial risks
Oversee and coordinate financial matters across multiple local joint ventures, working closely with their respective CFOs and finance teams
Drive continuous improvement and streamlining of finance processes, ensuring an efficient, transparent and pragmatic local organization
Manage local banking relationships in close coordination with the Head of Treasury at Group headquarters
Take ownership of cash management, debt collection and receivables management, ensuring appropriate focus on liquidity and working capital
Oversee accounting, treasury, tax and broader finance-related matters, including interfaces with HR and other corporate functions
Exercise sound commercial judgment in selected legal and commercial matters and coordinate with local legal counsel where required
Provide senior management and Group leadership with relevant financial analysis, insights and recommendations to support sound commercial decision-making
Ensure robust compliance with local statutory requirements, internal controls, Group policies and relevant financial standards
Build and maintain effective relationships with joint venture partners, banks, advisors and other key stakeholders
Combine strong financial leadership with a high level of operational involvement, remaining personally engaged in critical financial matters and providing hands-on support where required

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable discipline
Several years of senior finance leadership experience within an international, project-driven business environment
Proven professional experience in the Middle East, ideally within construction, civil engineering, infrastructure, plant engineering, industrial machinery, or another technical project business
Strong understanding of project controlling, project accounting, cost management, cash flow, working capital and the financial dynamics of project-driven organizations

Drive structured onboarding, product adoption, and lifecycle engagement across installer networks to maximize customer value and retention while ensuring a consistent customer experience across countries
Own and actively manage core Customer Success KPIs including adoption, retention, churn, NPS, and expansion influence
Identify upsell, cross-sell, and value-added service opportunities in close collaboration with Sales and Partnerships teams
Translate customer feedback and field insights into strategic recommendations for Product and Growth teams, directly influencing roadmap priorities
Align Customer Success operations with regional go-to-market strategies and support renewals, expansions, and new market launches
Oversee Customer Success activities across multiple European jurisdictions, ensuring compliance, reporting accuracy, and reliable forecasting
Maintain a strong field presence through regular travel across the UK and Europe, representing the company at installer events, partner meetings, and industry forums

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or a related discipline
More than 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations roles within growth-oriented and international environments
A strong background in the solar / PV industry, ideally within installer, EPC, distribution, or solar SaaS ecosystems
Proven experience managing and scaling installer or partner networks across multiple markets
Demonstrated success leading remote, multi-country teams within Europe
A strategic, KPI-driven leadership style combined with strong operational execution capabilities
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, enabling effective engagement at senior partner level
High comfort with frequent travel across multiple European markets

Our client is a globally recognized, family-run specialist for high-end cabin interiors in the business and private aviation segment, distinguished by exceptional craftsmanship and an uncompromising standard of quality. From its recently established UK operation, the company delivers aftermarket cabin services for European customers, ranging from refurbishment and refinishing of surfaces and furniture to the recovery of soft furnishings and the renewal of floor and panel elements. To strengthen its foothold in the Farnborough business aviation ecosystem, the company is building a new regional presence in the area. As there is currently no physical office at this location, the role is designed as a home-based position for candidates living in or near Farnborough. To support this ambition, we are seeking a dedicated Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d).

As Regional Sales Manager (m/f/d), you will act as the local face of the organization within the Farnborough business aviation community, working from home while maintaining a strong field presence through regular on-site engagement with clients and partners at the airport and across the surrounding ecosystem. You will combine hands-on customer proximity with commercial ownership, developing the regional market and, in a subsequent phase, building and leading a local team.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a newly created regional presence from the ground up, with a high degree of autonomy, direct influence on the growth of the business in one of the most active aviation hubs in the region, and the freedom to build lasting relationships in an exclusive niche of the industry.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

Represent the organization on the ground in the Farnborough area, maintaining close relationships with owners, operators, and service providers through frequent personal visits at the airport and across the local business aviation community
Develop the regional customer network, identifying commercial opportunities directly with operators, MRO providers, and service centers
Cultivate durable customer relationships with a consistent focus on high levels of satisfaction
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance on repair and refurbishment solutions tailored to their individual requirements
Conduct cabin interior inspections, prepare detailed surveys, and issue commercial quotations
Plan and steer cabin interior projects efficiently to ensure smooth and reliable execution
Establish and progressively grow the local project team as the regional presence develops
Assume responsibility, in a subsequent phase, for the technical oversight of local cabin interior specialists
Act as the central point of contact for clients throughout the sales and delivery cycle

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

Completed technical training and/or a Bachelor's degree
Practical experience with business and private aircraft cabin interiors
Residence in the Farnborough area or a clear willingness to relocate there, enabling frequent in-person interaction with clients and partners at the airport and within the regional aviation community
Comfort working from a home-based setup with a pronounced field presence, including several on-site visits each week
Background in operations or project management, ideally within the aviation or aerospace sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills, combined with the ability to lead a small team and to solve problems pragmatically
High level of motivation with a performance-oriented mindset and a genuinely hands-on approach
Capacity to work autonomously and take initiative while remaining a strong team player
Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently in support of international business development
