As Sales Manager (m/f/d) for the Middle East, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth across the region. You will develop and deepen relationships with both new and existing clients, identify opportunities in established and emerging markets, and represent a brand renowned for engineering excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the company’s regional success and positioning it as a trusted partner for complex, high-value projects.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a growth strategy to strengthen market presence across the Middle East (Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Oman, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, Egypt)
- Identify, acquire and develop new customers while expanding business with existing key accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
- Conduct strategic market analyses to identify emerging trends, competitor activities and customer needs
- Prepare and deliver high-quality technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements
- Drive complex sales processes from initial contact through to contract negotiation and project closure
- Collaborate closely with engineering, project, and product management teams to ensure optimal technical solutions and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of marketing and business strategies, representing the company at trade fairs, conferences and customer events
- Provide regular performance reports, sales forecasts and market insights to senior management in company HQ
To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in capital equipment or project sales, ideally within the Mining, Cement, Building Materials, Minerals, or Fertilizer sectors
- Proven track record in managing complex technical sales cycles and achieving ambitious growth targets
- Strong understanding of crushing plants, screening and pelletizing systems, and related process technologies
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills at all organizational levels
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to operate effectively in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
