As the company continues to expand its presence in the GCC region, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager (m/f/d) to spearhead and drive growth opportunities in the strategic and vibrant Middle Eastern market.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Establish, develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders (including architects, specifiers, main contractors, and fabricators) across the GCC to secure high-value project contracts, driving substantial revenue growth and market expansion
- Manage comprehensive market penetration strategies, leveraging in-depth industry insights and market intelligence to identify emerging opportunities, anticipate market trends, and position the company as the preferred choice for premium building materials solutions
- Take charge of cultivating and enhancing relationships with clients and business partners to secure large project deals, thereby expanding our client's presence in the market
- Drive sales efforts by effectively communicating the value proposition of relevant products, solutions and services to potential clients
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform decision-making and maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of clients
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the company, demonstrating a results-driven approach
- Direct reporting to the Managing Director in the UAE
To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in project-related sales, particularly within the construction or building materials industry
- Existing network within the architectural, contracting, and fabrication sectors in the GCC region
- Deep knowledge within the construction and interior design sectors, coupled with a profound understanding of technical and commercial project processes, particularly pertaining to wood-based materials
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive business growth
- Proficiency in managing technical inquiries and generating specifications
- Hands-on approach and the ability to proactively achieve sales targets and optimizing effectiveness
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on cross-cultural collaboration and assertiveness
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is essential
- Availability and willingness to travel extensively across the Middle East region
