Are you an experienced leader with a proven track record of managing complex international projects in the Oil & Gas sector? We are seeking a Senior Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our clients' dynamic team and play a pivotal role in driving the success of large-scale, high-stakes projects. If you have the expertise to manage intricate projects, lead cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment, this is the opportunity for you.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead and execute complex projects across the Middle East with precision, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints
• Provide strategic oversight to meet all order requirements, achieve planned milestones, and secure invoicing targets
• Coordinate a highly skilled project team, including engineering, quality, procurement, and logistics specialists, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal performance
• Serve as the central communication hub for both customers and internal stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and driving project success
• Oversee the development and management of detailed project schedules, ensuring all periodic reports for customers are prepared with precision and timeliness
• Plan and lead Kick-Off Meetings (KOM) and Project Integration Meetings (PIM) with customers, ensuring alignment and clarity from the outset
• Engage with packagers, quality teams, and logistics partners to ensure that all activities align with expected delivery timelines
• Play a hands-on role in final inspections and post-delivery activities, ensuring all punch lists are closed efficiently
• Handle customer claims and ensure that all issues are resolved comprehensively, from the completion of commissioning to final handover

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field is essential; an accredited Project Management certification is highly desirable
• A minimum of 5-7 years of senior project management experience, preferably within package manufacturing for the Oil & Gas industry
• Experience in plant engineering and managing international projects is essential
• Familiarity with the nuances of the Oil & Gas sector is crucial, while direct experience in Rotating Equipment, Pump & Compressor Systems is advantageous but not mandatory
• Experience working in the Middle East will be considered a valuable asset
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
• Ability to drive process improvements through LEAN and other efficiency tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and lead teams across multiple geographies
• Approximately 70% office work and 30% travel, including international assignments
