As the Head of Finance and Tax, you will strategically lead financial control and tax compliance across the Middle East and Africa region. Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Oversee financial operations across MEA entities, ensuring IFRS and local GAAP compliance
• Coordinate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure implementation and adherence to group IFRS guidelines
• Monitor and support subsidiaries with receivables and overdue balances escalation
• Lead financial integration in ERP system implementation, ensuring alignment with global standards
• Act as a strategic liaison among the group, regional management, and subsidiaries
• Collaborate closely with Treasury for financial operations and decision-making
• Standardize financial reporting across the MEA region to ensure a "one reporting" approach
• Ensure compliance with local tax laws (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) and manage tax audits
• Advise on cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and tax legislation changes
• Lead and develop finance and tax teams, collaborating with regional, legal, and operational teams.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Develop and grow business within the conveyor systems and maintenance services space
• Utilize your existing network in sectors like mining, cement, ports, steel, and aggregates
• Conduct technical site visits, assess reliability performance, and identify pain points
• Analyze both technical performance data and commercial metrics to drive solution-based selling

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related engineering field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, operations, maintenance, or reliability related to conveyor systems
• In-depth knowledge of conveyor belt technology, wear protection, splicing, and condition monitoring
• Customer relationships in the mining, cement, ports, or heavy industrial sectors in the MENA region is highly desirable
• Proven ability to understand and present both technical solutions and commercial value
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluency in English is a must; Arabic and French are a strong advantage
• Willingness to travel across the region as needed

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Lead the end-to-end management of assigned projects, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, delivery milestones, budget targets and invoicing schedules
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics to achieve project objectives and operational excellence
• Act as the central point of contact for customers and all internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication throughout the entire project lifecycle

To be successful in this role you should have the following skills and experiences:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline; recognized project management certification preferred
• 5–7 years of experience in project management within an industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in packaging solutions for the Oil & Gas sector
• Proven track record in leading complex, international projects with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with excellent project management capabilities
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to represent the company confidently towards key customers
• Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiency
• Solid understanding of project and financial reporting tools; ERP system knowledge (SAP preferred)

Our client is seeking a Lead Mechanical Design & System Construction Engineer (m/f/d) to drive the development of tailored mechanical systems for international projects. In this position, you will take technical ownership of complex mechanical design packages and support the entire lifecycle of customized industrial solutions, from concept to commissioning.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

• Translate customer requirements and technical specifications into innovative and feasible mechanical design solutions within defined cost and time constraints
• Prepare technical proposals, layouts and system simulations using advanced 3D CAD tools (ideally Siemens NX)
• Design complex mechanical assemblies, piping structures and auxiliary components in both 2D and 3D ensuring manufacturability and compliance
